Okbag has five VIP tiers. The more you play, the higher you climb — and the better the benefits get.
How the okbag VIP Program Works
The okbag VIP program is fully automatic. No separate application is needed — the more you play, the more points and wagering credits you accumulate, and you move up to the next tier automatically.
All benefits for a new tier kick in immediately once you reach it. Move up from Gold to Platinum and your dedicated manager access starts the very next day. This transparent, automated system is what sets okbag apart.
How Points Are Earned
Wagering points accumulate through any section on okbag — Sports Betting, casino games, or bingo. A set number of points is added for every BDT 100 wagered. Casino slots typically earn points the fastest, since bet amounts add up quickly.
Points do not reset at the end of each month — they accumulate throughout the entire year. So even playing at a steady pace, you can still climb to higher tiers over time.
Can Your VIP Level Go Down?
Okbag's policy guarantees that once you reach a tier, you keep it for a minimum of 3 months. After that, if activity falls below the threshold, your tier is reviewed. However, there is no harsh rule that drops you all the way back to Bronze.
Diamond Membership — okbag's Highest Honor
The Diamond tier is more than a status label — it's a relationship. okbag Diamond members get a dedicated account manager who is always on hand to answer questions and resolve any issue.
Diamond members get access to invite-only special events featuring prizes like gadgets, travel vouchers, and luxury gifts. Maintaining your tier is key to keeping these perks.
How to Use Your VIP Points
Accumulated VIP points can be converted directly into cash or used to purchase special items. Redeeming points is straightforward — just visit your VIP dashboard on the okbag app or website to see your balance and what you can get with them.
VIP & Responsible Gaming
Responsible gaming matters just as much for high-tier players. okbag offers its VIP members personalized deposit limits and gaming guidelines. We believe long-term enjoyment is the ultimate gaming experience.
If you ever feel like you're losing control of your gaming, speak with your dedicated manager or contact our Responsible Gaming Visit the page. okbag is always here for you.
